Mission/Vision

We strive to unite sisters in the principles of achieving academic excellence, serving the communities in which we live and learn, preserving the sacred bond of sisterhood among women, and uplifting and advancing cultural awareness among Latinos and those in our global communities.

Philanthropy

American Diabetes Association

Gamma Phi Omega has been a supporter of the American Diabetes Association for over a decade. The influence that diabetes has on the Latino community has prompted our organization to educate others about the perils of the disease. In addition to this, our members rally to raise funds towards the research and development of preventative aids.

Brazos Interfaith Immigration Network (BIIN)

The Upsilon Chapter of Gamma Phi Omega partners with the Brazos Interfaith Immigration Network (BIIN) to volunteer with the immigrant community in the Bryan/College Station area. BIIN’s goals are to respond directly to the needs of the immigrant community, to build a sustainable organization, and to advocate for justice.
